The development, engineering, wiring up and maintenance of corporate telephony systems<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oss-it integrates the systems of IP-telephony based on the Asterisk server. Depending on the specific requirements of our customers, the subscribers of a corporate telephony system can be connected across a local network, or over the Internet.<\/p>\n

As a result, each subscriber gains access to virtual conference rooms and becomes exposed to other benefits of IP-telephony, such as the call transfer, automatic redial, voice mail, voice menu, and other services.<\/p>\n

The IP-telephony (i.e., the transfer of voice via computer networks) costs considerably lower than a traditional telecommunication performed by using a telephone cable. The two main ways to implement an IP-telephony are as follows.<\/p>\n

1. The first approach is to install a telephony software (requires connecting a set of headphones and a microphone to the computer) or a digital SIP-telephone (a separate device connected to a USB port) that can reach out to the operator’s server via the Internet (e.g., via Skype, Gizmo or a regional SIP-provider). These operators typically charge far lesser fees than traditional telecommunication companies, especially when it comes to international and long-distance calls. 2. The second approach is to afford a dedicated SIP-server connected to an analog ATX (automatic telephone station). This enables a customer to enjoy all advantages of IP-telephony while securing a direct access to the existing urban telephone networks. As a result, the call operators (e.g., a secretary or assigned executives) are no longer tied to any specific location and can answer and transfer calls from any computer connected to the Internet.<\/p>\n

Moreover, you can come into possession of a local or federal phone number that can also be answered from a distance (e.g., by the employees of a remote office located at the other hemisphere, or by yourself via a mobile phone or tablet).<\/p>\n

To sum up, the IP-telephony is a remarkably effective solution to any business communication performed by means of fixed telephone lines.<\/p>\n
